Damian, the proprietor, installed my home alarm system back in 1991 and has maintained it annually since then. When we moved home recently, naturally I asked Damian for a survey and a quote. I also invited another local company to do the same, just for comparison. I suspected Damian would not be the cheapest and I was right, but I still went with him. The other installer was saying things like 'well we could hide that wire with a bit of conduit'. You will never get that with Damian. He does not take the easiest option and will go out of his way to hide the wires even if it takes him an extra couple of hours. You get what you pay for and I would recommend him to you as I have with friends and family in the past.

New install - Domestic CCTV System. This company was recommended to me by my next door neighbour. On the strength of this, I asked Damian to provide a quote for a domestic CCTV installation. He visited my home promptly and gave me the appropriate information in a simple, clear and concise manner, allowing me to interrupt him when clarification was needed. On the basis of his obvious in-depth technical knowledge and his promise to install with no visible wires, I requested him to go ahead. Damian worked very hard on the day of installation - I have no idea how he managed to install the wires between the cameras and the video recorder without them being visible, but he did. On a second brief visit the setting-up was done and a practical demonstration given, at the end of which I was invited to take the controls and given a number of straightforward tasks to test my understanding of the finer points of operating the system. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending AA Alarms.
